REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase. All returned items must be complete with all original components or accessories.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@gryphonswing.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. In your email, please include the order number, as well as the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return with a provided prepaid shipping label.
DAMAGES
For defective or damaged products, please include any information or pictures regarding the reason for return.
JAHBULON RECORDS
For defective or damaged Jahbulon Records titles, we may be able to supply replacements or parts (i.e., a replacement disk for an LP that arrived with a factory defect) free of charge, no questions asked while supplies last.
RETURNS FOR IN STORE PURCHASES
To return an item purchased at our in-store location, please bring the item you wish to return along with proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to five (5) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
