SHIPPING POLICY

Here at Gryphon's Wing Records, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Please see below for more information on our shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please note that orders placed during busy periods (e.g., holidays) may take longer to process. Priority/Express orders placed after 3:00pm CST will be processed the following business day.
PREORDERS
Purchases containing Preorder items will ship in full. In-stock items on your order will be held until the time of shipment (determined by the estimated shipping date provided in the product description).
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer Standard and Priority/Express Shipping methods from the following couriers:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, or other external factors.
FREE SHIPPING
We currently offer free shipping (via USPS Media Mail) for all qualifying domestic orders.
- Order must exceed $100.00 USD
- Typically arrives in 2-8 days
- Does not apply towards equipment purchases
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not ship outside of the Untited States on our main website. At this time we are only able to ship Internationally through our Discogs Store.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order by using the tracking number provided on the courier's website.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@gryphonswing.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and up to date. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If there is an issue with the address after the order has been shipped, please contact us immediately, and we will try our best to assist you.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase. All returned items must be complete with all original components or accessories.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@gryphonswing.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. In your email, please include the order number, as well as the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return with a provided prepaid shipping label.
DAMAGES
For defective or damaged products, please include any information or pictures regarding the reason for return.
JAHBULON RECORDS
For defective or damaged Jahbulon Records titles, we may be able to supply replacements or parts (i.e., a replacement disk for an LP that arrived with a factory defect) free of charge, no questions asked while supplies last.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to five (5) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
